How to do it

  1. Fold the right leg at the knee and place the right heel at the root of the left thigh
  2. Fold the left leg at the knee and place the left heel at the root of the right thigh
  3. Either adopt chin mudra or Dhyana mudra as mentioned above
  4. Unfold the left legs and return to normal positions
  5. If you are not able to do poorna Padmasana, one can proceed to do with the one leg. With adequate practice, one can graduate to the poorna padmasana
