Severe arthritis patients should do carefully
How to do it
- Fold the right leg at the knee and place the right heel at the root of the left thigh
- Fold the left leg at the knee and place the left heel at the root of the right thigh
- Either adopt chin mudra or Dhyana mudra as mentioned above
- Unfold the left legs and return to normal positions
- If you are not able to do poorna Padmasana, one can proceed to do with the one leg. With adequate practice, one can graduate to the poorna padmasana
