  1. join both the hands tightly (as shown above) interlocking the fingers
  2. Both the hands are intensely clasped, with both the fingers pressing the back of the other hand
  3. The right thumb is gently reclined on the left thumb
  4. Let this position for 1–3 minutes
  5. Repeat 5 times
