Now and if ever, if we run into a state of nervous tension, please adopt this. This also helps in the regulation of sleep & insomnia management.
- join both the hands tightly (as shown above) interlocking the fingers
- Both the hands are intensely clasped, with both the fingers pressing the back of the other hand
- The right thumb is gently reclined on the left thumb
- Let this position for 1–3 minutes
- Repeat 5 times
